EMEC Group did not start as a single company. It grew out of three separate businesses, EMEC Enterprises, Al Hussain Builders, and Textronics Engineering, each one built independently over decades in its own field: corporate leadership, civil construction, and electrical and mechanical engineering.
Rather than compete for the same clients, the three companies merged their strengths into a single group. EMEC Enterprises took on the role of lead company, setting strategic direction and governance, while Al Hussain Builders and Textronics Engineering continued executing the technical work each was already known for. The result is a group that can plan, build, and power a project without handing it off between unrelated contractors.
CEO Nadeem Shahzad Bhatti oversees the group’s operations directly, from initial site survey through to final handover, holding every project team to the same documentation and quality standards regardless of which company is executing the work.
